This morning I read a great piece in The Times by Zak Asgard. “Help! I am a hypochondriac.”
In today’s fast-paced world, filled with distractions, it’s not uncommon to encounter individuals grappling with hypochondria. I’ll admit, even I’ve consulted the digital oracle Dr. Google when unfamiliar sensations ripple through my being. Unfortunately, Dr. Google’s prognosis is rarely a reassuring one.
Hypochondria is a condition, where worry about health becomes a central part of one’s life. It can be deeply challenging, affecting mental, emotional, and physical well-being.
Yet, there is hope. Over the past 25 years, I’ve delved into various forms of energetic healing. Some have been amazing, while others don’t hold the test of time. More recently, I’ve developed the Etheric Trauma Release Method, a system of energetic healing that not only examines the energies surrounding the body but also the limiting beliefs that hinder true healing.

However, while energy healing holds transformative potential, it is essential to consult with healthcare professionals for physical concerns. It’s about integrating the best of both worlds for optimal health and well-being.
