We are the very small islands just to the west of Jamaica in the clear blue sea. Left hand edge of the latest satellite photo. Dean will hit Jamaica in the next 24 hours. Now a category 4 Hurricane (155mph winds). I’ve just heard on the weather channel that it is likely to increase to a category 5 (winds over 155mph). That’s one way to get blown away!

The waves were 30 feet high in St Lucia and then Dean was only a category 2 Hurricane. Average hight on Grand Cayman is about 10 feet. Looks like we going to get wet feet!
